Change my Headline Blog to be new tag line because of new blog objective :)

Today the headline will change to be

'My web collection about programming & islamic + my daily note'

from

'My collection of things on the web'

Thanks to one of my old friend ++ to inspire me that is important to have blog that always updated :)
